The Celtic Wheel of the Year is divided into eight periods. Likewise, the new Wheel of The Year series is set to launch eight editions. These editions follow the rhythm of the seasons, equinoxes, and solstices. Dingle Distillery carefully selects the finest malt and barley for its whiskey. They truly understand the value of a rich and bountiful harvest. Marking the beginning of winter and the Celtic new year, Samhain coincides with the first release from Dingle Distillery’s new Wheel of The Year series. The Dingle Samhain Single Malt Whiskey has matured in first fill bourbon casks before a long finish (2 years) in first fill Muscatel casks. It is bottled at 50.5% ABV. With 10,000 bottles set to be released, the Dingle Samhain promises a unique tasting experience.

This limited edition celebrates the Celtic festival of Samhain, a time of fire and feasting that signifies the end of the bright summer days and the start of the Celtic new year. The Samhain Single Malt draws inspiration from the essence of Samhain and its historical significance.
The Dingle Samhain Single Malt Whiskey has been aged in first fill bourbon barrels and then finished for two years in first fill Muscatel barrels, resulting in a 50.5% ABV spirit. A total of 10,000 bottles are anticipated for release.
