Mannochmore op Muscatvaten
Daarnaast introduceert Mike Collings een uniek kunstwerk: Mannochmore op custom Muscatvaten. Eerst rijpt de whisky in zorgvuldig geselecteerde Muscat-houten vaten. Vervolgens ontvouwt zich een harmonie van rijke, fruitige aroma’s en de kenmerkende complexiteit van Mannochmore. Je ruikt verfijnd gedroogd fruit, omringd door vanille en milde kruidigheid. Daarna proef je weelderige tonen van Muscat-rozijnen, honingzoete abrikozen en een vleugje pittig eikenhout.
Caol Ila op Marsalavaten
Vervolgens brengt Mike met Caol Ila op custom Marsalavaten een verbluffende combinatie van maritieme frisheid en zoete Marsalawijninvloeden. De neus begint met zilte zeelucht, gevolgd door rode bessen en warme vanille. Daarna ontwikkelt zich een volle smaakervaring: gerookte peren, in zoete wijn gedrenkte rozijnen en een hint van kruidig eikenhout.

Mannochmore in Muscat Barrels
Additionally, Mike Collings unveils a true masterpiece: Mannochmore matured in custom Muscat casks. Initially, the spirit rests in carefully selected Muscat-wood barrels. Then a sublime harmony of rich, fruity aromas and Mannochmore’s signature complexity unfolds. You’ll first detect refined dried fruit, wrapped in vanilla and gentle spice, followed by lush notes of Muscat raisins, honey-sweet apricots, and a hint of spicy oak.
Caol Ila in Marsala Barrels
Furthermore, Mike presents Caol Ila finished in custom Marsala barrels, delivering an astonishing fusion of maritime freshness and sweet Marsala wine influences. The nose opens with salty sea air, layered with red berries and warm vanilla. Next, the palate reveals smoked pears, raisins soaked in sweet wine, and a touch of spicy oak.
