November 2004 wurde das erste Fass in der Brennerei gef\u00fcllt, angetrieben vom Ehrgeiz, ein lokal authentisches Produkt in Hesbaye zu schaffen. Dieser Ehrgeiz hat zu einem Whisky gef\u00fchrt, der zu den besten der Welt geh\u00f6rt. The Belgian Owl hat \u00fcber Jahrzehnte hinweg zahlreiche Auszeichnungen erhalten.
