Grace O’Malley Dark Char Cask Whiskey stands out as an exceptional blend, skillfully marrying various batches of whiskey aged up to 10 years. This premium whiskey strikes an exquisite balance between fruity notes, mature character, complex flavors, and silky smoothness. Unique to Ireland, its rich double-distilled malt content sets it apart. The whiskey is then masterfully finished in deeply charred American oak bourbon barrels, enhancing its smoothness and imparting a lingering sweet aftertaste.

The Grace O’Malley brand pays homage to the iconic Irish pirate queen, Grainne Ní Mháille, also known as Grace O’Malley or Granuaile. This whiskey is crafted from a blend of the finest grain whiskeys across Ireland and is aged in new American oak and bourbon casks. This aging process imparts a smooth and rounded flavor to the whiskey.

Dingle Distillery and Whisky Center are delighted to present the second-last edition in the Celtic Wheel of the Year series – Cónocht an Fomhair Single Malt Whiskey, finished in Rum casks. Cónocht an Fómhair falls between the harvest festival of Lúnasa and the otherworldly festival of Samhain. As an equinox, it brings a natural balance to the land before descending into the depths of winter. Farmers recognise this as a time to prepare for shorter, cooler days ahead. In Dingle, the hedgerows begin to blaze with autumn colour and are laden with blackberries, rose hips and hawthorn berries. Ripe for picking.
