The Independent

Ingredients:

• 60ml Grace O’Malley Independence Blended Irish Whiskey
• 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15ml sugar cane syrup
• 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Freshly drawn soda water
• Maraschino cherry
• Orange peel

Instructions:

1. Shaken over ice, strained then stirred into ice filled glass.
2. Decorate with the Maraschino cherry on a stick and an orange peel.
