Dingle Single Pot Still Fifth Release
This fifth and final release of the small batch single pot still whiskey series from Dingle Distillery, has been highly anticipated. Matured fully in Bourbon casks resulting in a rich smooth whiskey. Tones of dried raspberries and butter mints are followed by white chocolate with a sprinkling of flaked almonds. The chocolate gives way to that returning Dingle spice of soft wood and leather notes which glide you into a long, memorable finish.

Dingle Single Malt ‘Core’
A formidable Whiskey at 46,3% and a marriage of all 1st Fill Casks Bourbon (39%) & Sherry Casks (61% PX), straight from Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland. This Core Single Malt release has been years in the making and comprises of malt whiskey that has been matured in ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry casks. 39% Bourbon and 61% PX Sherry to be exact. Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered, this is a very interesting whiskey in which the component casks come to fore at different stages.
