Corry´s Cliffs of Moher is a unique collaboration, resulting a fabulous blend of Single Malt, Pot Still and Grain Irish Whiskeys matured in Ex-Bourbon casks from Kentucky USA and Sherry Casks form Jerez, Spain. In this bottling you experience the effects the Cliffs of Moher’s environment have on JJC’s maturing, sherry influenced whiskies have. This Independent Irish Whiskey Bonder showcases a delicate and sweet expression full of citrus and vanilla notes with nutmeg clove and honey.
Enjoy The Cliffs with seafood, by itself, or as an after dinner treat with chocolate: this versatile whiskey is a true taste of Cooraclare.
Ageing at the Cliffs
Nine 50-litre barrels of whiskey were placed in the purpose-built tower at the Cliffs of Moher resulting in a well aged Whiskey collaboration with JJ Corry and the Cliffs of Moher Experience and experiencing the tasting the effects the cliffs of Moher’s environment on these maturing, sherry-influenced whiskies.
- All samples are rebottled and labeled in our own 25ml tubes.

Whisky Center’s Tasting Notes for J.J. Corry Cliffs of Moher:
NOSE: The nose offers warm sultanas blended with the comforting aroma of stewed apples.
PALATE: The palate is enveloped by a luscious and viscous texture, intertwined with rich hazelnut notes and the warmth of baked pear.
FINISH: The tasting concludes with a prolonged finish, echoing with notes of dried fruits and delicate toffee undertones.
