Founded by the couple, Sam and Maudeline Black, our mission is to escape the mundane by producing unique brews and spirits with personality and lots of hops. From our hop-forward beers to our wild Atlantic twist gin, and even Ireland’s first-ever rum, we offer a diverse range of flavors to delight your palate.
