Blacks Irish Gin marries traditional botanicals like juniper and coriander with coastal foraged notes of samphire, seaweed, and wild fennel. Each 700 ml bottle is hand-crafted and small-batch distilled at Blacks Brewery & Distillery in Co. Louth, ensuring exceptional quality from grain to glass.

This gin’s signature character comes from the Atlantic influence. Crisp citrus peels—lemon and grapefruit—are balanced by subtle meadow herbs and a whisper of white pepper for depth. The result is a harmonious gin that works beautifully neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation of a premium cocktail.
