What began as a casual hobby, when Maudeline gifted Sam a home brewing kit for Valentine’s Day, quickly turned into an obsession and a fervent desire to innovate and craft. Their zeal and determination brought Blacks to fruition. Its mission? To break free from the monotony of the mass market by crafting beers and spirits with passion and personality.

Blacks Irish Gin presents a modern take on Irish gin, featuring a distinctive fusion of citrus and spice with a Wild Atlantic twist. It includes thirteen meticulously chosen botanicals. With freshly sliced citrus peels, hand-cracked juniper berries, and vapor-infused Irish heather flowers. All locally harvested along the Wild Atlantic Way. The addition of orris and angelica roots imparts an earthy richness to the gin.
combine one part Blacks Irish Gin with parts premium tonic over ice, and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
