Dingle Distillery: A Beacon of Irish Artisan Spirit

Nestled in Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland, Dingle Distillery has quickly earned a reputation for excellence since its founding in 2012 by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley. As part of the renowned Porterhouse Group, the distillery emphasizes quality over quantity, crafting standout Irish whiskey using three large copper pot stills, while a smaller pot still perfects its gin and vodka. The result is a collection of spirits celebrated for their exceptional flavor and true Irish heritage.

Housed in a former sawmill in Milltown, near Dingle, the distillery also pays homage to Celtic tradition with a special series of whiskies inspired by the Celtic calendar.
