The Clontarf Irish Single Malt Whiskey is a distinguished Irish whiskey known for its smooth and complex character. Named after the historic Battle of Clontarf in 1014, where the Irish King Brian Boru defeated the Vikings, this whiskey carries a rich heritage.

The initial bottlings were provided by John Teeling, the former owner of Cooley. This whiskey is also triple distilled. Both these and the current bottlings are produced at Bushmills and aged in bourbon barrels. They have a smooth, fruity style with floral notes of barley and subtle wood.

Clontarf Irish Single Malt Whiskey is perfect for both beginners and connoisseurs. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a base for exquisite long drinks. The 700 ml bottle is adorned with a label featuring the year of the Battle of Clontarf, “1014,” and a medieval sword, adding to its historical charm
