Dingle Vodka
Dingle Distillery’s inaugural product was its vodka, predating both their whiskey and gin. This vodka’s distinctiveness lies in its quintuple distillation process, with the fifth distillation yielding an exceptionally pure spirit. Dingle prides itself on using water from a nearby well for all its small-batch creations. For those new to Irish vodka, Dingle’s offering serves as an excellent introduction.
The distillery holds a belief that many renowned vodkas prioritize branding over quality, and thus aimed to craft a vodka of superior quality without an exorbitant price. With 500 litres of the highest quality grain alcohol, the still undergoes a final, fifth distillation. This additional step is what sets Dingle Distillery Vodka apart, contributing significantly to its character.
The result is a vodka of remarkable purity, mirroring the pristine nature of its production environment.
