Belgian Owl Origine tasting notes:
- Nose: This unaged distillate begins at the heart of Hesbaye’s barley. The malted barley aroma is joined by freshly baked bread and shortbread scents. Fruity, fresh hints of ripe pears, greengages, and cider then melt into newly mown grass.
- Mouth: The first mouth sensation is sweet, marked by the distillate’s beautiful oily nature. Fruity orchard notes slowly emerge.
- Finish: Belgian Owl Origine has a long, well-balanced finish where orchard fruit harmonizes perfectly with a touch of liquorice.
