Hyde No. 6 Special Reserve is a blend of 18-Year-Old Single Malt and 8-Year-Old Single Grain Irish Whiskey, both initially aged in flame-charred American Bourbon barrels. These two select vintages are then combined and finished for an additional nine months in vintage Spanish toasted Oloroso sherry casks, known as ‘Double Wood’. Each Oloroso sherry cask, or ‘butt’, holds 491 liters or 108 gallons.

- NOSE – Delightfully floral notes of vanilla, sweet, honey, caramel, chocolate, and mixed fruit, infused with spices.
- TASTE – Wonderfully smooth yet complex, creamy yet fruity with notes of caramel, honey, apricot, and apple, with a silky rich texture.
- FINISH – Rich & Oaky. It lingers in the mouth with a rich long finis
