Hyde No. 3 “Áras Cask” is a triple-distilled, single grain Irish whiskey crafted from 100% corn using a traditional copper “Coffey” still. This small-batch whiskey is matured for over 6 years in first-fill, flame-charred bourbon casks from Kentucky, USA.

Expect a rich and spicy aroma of cinnamon, clove, and sweet caramel. On the palate, bold grain spices meet black pepper, buttery vanilla, and toasted oak. The finish is long, smooth, and layered with oak and soft barley notes.
