Hyde No.9 Iberian Cask Port Finish Irish Whiskey, this Single Malt Irish whiskey is triple-distilled in a traditional copper pot still from 100% malted Irish barley at a single distillery location in Ireland.
Initially, it is matured for at least 8 years in 200-liter flame-charred, ex-Bourbon oak casks from a Bourbon distillery in Kentucky, U.S.A. It is then transferred to juicy 200L, first-fill, vintage Tawny PORT oak casks from the village of Pinhão in the Douro Valley river in Northern Portugal for an additional 9 months of finishing.
It is non-chill filtered and contains no added coloring.

Hyde No.9 Iberian Cask Port Finish Irish Whiskey, tasting notes by Whisky Center:
- Nose: A bouquet of dried dark fruits complemented by cinnamon, nutmeg, and blackberry, creating a grape-meets-raisin aroma characteristic of Tawny PORT.
- Taste: A symphony of green apples, honey, citrus, and spice, interwoven with notes of dried fruit, black pepper, and hazelnut, culminating in a vanilla-infused buttery finish that persists on the palate.
- Finish: A medium to long finale, marked by grape, malt, and spice, with a lasting impression.
