Tasting notes

	Red Earl Irish Whiskey	Irish Gin
Nose	Subtle hints of cherry, strawberry, rose petal and citrus, layered on top of marzipan, almond and oak notes. Vibrant fruity notes on both the nose and palate.	Juniper forward quickly followed by sharp citrus from bitter orange and lemon peel with a complex spiciness.
Palate	Taste delivers satisfying blends of toffee, vanilla and toasted almonds. These are complemented by delightful notes of cinnamon and clove, typical of spicy riojas.	Smooth mouthfeel with an immediate burst of flavours. Plenty of straight forward fruitiness from berries, apples and citrus fruits, unusual fruity tones coming from lemon verbena and lemon balm among others, floral undertones from meadowsweet and elderflower. Followed by earthy spices from roots and seeds.
Finish	This whiskey has a medium bodied mouthfeel that ends in a long, warm and moreish finish.	Reassuring heat from the accompanied by warm and earthy spice flavours from roots and seeds with lingering tastes of honey citrus flavours
