Palate | Vibrant fruit notes, satisfying blends of toffee, vanilla and toasted almonds. These are complemented by delightful notes of cinnamon and clove, typical of spicy riojas. | Sweet, ripe blackberry & honey, a hint of tartness/sharpness, a little elderberry, also a hint of white pepper spice and a little tannin from the wine. | Coffee and dark chocolate; tiramisu, irish stout creaminess, dried fruit: fig, raisin and a little ripe banana and tropical fruit. |
