Belgian Owl Single Malt – Artisan Whisky from Haspengouw

Belgian Owl Single Malt celebrates 20 years of whisky craft. It all started when the first barrel was filled on November 29, 2004. Our whisky roots lie deep in Haspengouw’s fertile fields. Since then, we’ve earned top awards, including Best European Single Cask 2011 and 95% in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible. We distill using authentic Scottish pot stills from Caperdonich. This yields a pure, smooth, balanced whisky of exceptional quality. Our barley grows naturally, surrounded by plants and beneficial insects. We draw crystal-clear water from a 38-meter-deep well. Every ingredient—barley, water, distillate, and cask wood—shapes our signature flavor. The artisan process in Hesbaye brings out every nuance in our single malt.
