Founded by the legendary Mike Collings, who could have retired with an impressive track record in the whisky world (think Johnnie Walker Blue Label and The Classic Malts), Firkin Whisky is his brainchild. Instead of putting his feet up, Mike decided to stir the pot and create something truly unique in the single cask single malt market.

At Firkin, we don’t do things the traditional way. Our whisky is matured in custom double oak casks, combining ex-bourbon staves with virgin French oak, and then seasoned with soulmate wines like Madeira, Marsala, and Tawny Port. The result? A whisky that’s rich, complex, and downright delicious.
