The Belgian Owl “Passion” series stands as a testament to the Belgian Owl distillery’s dedication to excellence, with each cask receiving the personal touch of master distiller Julien Pirotte.
Originating from the same starting point, these casks are filled with Belgian Owl’s sustainably produced, fair trade Belgian malted barley, and are all first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels.
The result is a single malt of exceptional clarity in flavor. It’s a youthful and exuberant spirit, bursting with notes of banana, toffee, sweet barley, fresh grassy grains, tropical fruits, and rich vanilla custard. Despite its relative youth, this whisky demonstrates a remarkable balance between the influence of the cask and the spirit itself.
Presented at 46% ABV, free from chill filtration and artificial coloring, this whisky is a pure expression of the distillery’s craft.
