Wolfburn Distillery, founded in 1821 on the outskirts of Thurso, draws its name from the nearby Wolf Burn stream and embodies Scotland’s wild northern spirit. After a 150-year hiatus, it was revived in 2013 by master craftsmen dedicated to traditional methods and meticulous cask management.
