Twinbottling Whiskey – Beer – Collabs Clonakilty & Dutch Brewers Kees & De Hemel – Press Release

Trade In Spirits proudly announces the 1st Ireland – Netherlands Twinbottling at Cask Strength. This is matured and bottled at the Clonakilty Distillery, known for its Clonakilty Whiskey.

This 2 x Single Cask Release matured in a Heaven Hill respectively Imperial Stout Cask. Clonakilty Whiskey was selected by the Master Brewers of De Hemel Brouwerij in Nijmegen. It was also selected by Brouwerij Kees in Middelburg, the Netherlands.

Dirk Keijser, Trade In Spirits’, CSO, comments:
“Together with Thieu and Kees we selected the best casks for this bottling and in March 2022 Michiel and I personally delivered both casks in Clonakilty and saw it to be in good hands immediately.
Delivered and bottled at the same day, gives this double-collabs a nice touch. On top of that, they are both Single Cask, Single Malt at Cask Strength and will be sought after quite well, again featuring the logo of our fanbase Whisky Center.
We will offer both bottlings at a reasonable price level. But first Whisky Center will present both bottlings at each Brewery in an informal setting at the end of April.”

Whisky Center introduces this Twinbottling and believes these rare editions from Clonakilty Whiskey are again that what whiskey lovers and collectors don’t want to miss. With 274/261 bottles to be released, fans have to act swiftly. There is only a small pack of bottles offered online, foremost for fans abroad.
