Ingredients

  • 30 ml Dingle Vodka
  • 15 ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 60 ml Chilled Prosecco
  • 25 ml Soda Water
  • Ice sphere or large crystal-clear cubes
  • Fresh citrus twist or edible flower for garnish

 

Method

  1. Freeze your ice sphere 24 hours in advance for perfect clarity.
  2. In a large wine glass, pour vodka and vanilla syrup over the ice. Stir with precision until the syrup dissolves completely.
  3. Gently layer in Prosecco, maintaining the fizz, then add the soda water in one smooth pour.
