The Belgian Owl “Passion” series stands as proof of the Belgian Owl distillery’s dedication to excellence, with each cask bearing the personal touch of master distiller Julien Pirotte.

Following the same philosophy, these casks are filled with sustainably produced, fair-trade Belgian malted barley from Belgian Owl and are all first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. The result is a single malt of exceptional clarity in flavor. It is a youthful and exuberant spirit, bursting with notes of banana, toffee, sweet barley, fresh grassy grains, tropical fruit, and rich vanilla custard. Despite its relative youth, this whisky displays a remarkable balance between the influence of the cask and the spirit itself.

Bottled at 46% ABV, free from chill filtration and artificial colorings, it is a pure expression of the distillery’s craftsmanship.
