Production:

The whiskey is initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in Baltic Porter casks from Manor Hill Brewing. The Baltic Porter used in the casks is a strong porter with an alcohol content of around 8% or higher, made with specialty roasted malts like Munich, crystal, and chocolate malt2.
