Comtesse Gérin brut Rosé Sélection is artisanal Champagnes crafted at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir is vinified separately in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, assembled, then undergoes a second fermentation in bottle. Extended lees aging of 18 months develops a refined mousse and complex red-fruit character.
