Comtesse Gérin Grande Réserve Brut is a small-batch Champagne produced at the foot of the Montagne de Reims, rooted in five generations of family heritage. Its blend of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for freshness and in oak barrels for extra complexity. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, with 36–48 months of lees aging that deepen its autolytic character and refine its mousse.
