Grace O’Malley CAPTAIN’S RANGE Single Cask 19 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey – Bourbon Cask (Bottle Only), has been matured exclusively in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 19 years, creating deep, complex layers that reveal summer fruits with layers of cinnamon.

The casks have been hand selected by Grace O’Malley Master Blender, Paul Caris during his visits to the US. This rare single malt is one of the last of its generation coming from the world renowned Cooley Penisula.

Each bottle has been individually numbered and signed by our Founder Stephen Cope.

NOSE: Intense flavour of summer cereals, honey and ripe yellow fruit. Opens up to reveal creamy oak notes.
PALATE: Sweet notes developing to apricot and apple with a layer of cinnamon.
FINISH: Fairly long with popcorn notes and lingering juicy fruits.
