It ripens unlike RESERVE in small 250 litres large oak barrels after bourbon (HOGSHEAD). These barrels give the Bourbon Cask its typical mild vanilla taste with wooden ending. Its story is made in the caves of the oldes European distillery, 5 meters under ground.
Rye whiskys are popular for its extraordinary and delicate rye taste.
