Kinsale Gin is meticulously crafted with more than 20 botanicals, featuring distinctive flavors sourced from the Kinsale region. As a London Dry Gin, it remains unaltered post-distillation. The botanicals are gently dried from their original state prior to distillation.

The development process spanned over 60 distinct batches, incorporating a blend of traditional, locally sourced, and exotic botanicals. Following thorough tasting sessions by the creators, alongside their friends and family, the ultimate Kinsale Gin formula was refined.

This gin embodies the quintessence of the countryside, attributed to the selectively hand-foraged local botanicals. The consummate recipe comprises 21 diverse botanicals, responsibly harvested in accordance with the seasons, demonstrating profound environmental consideration.

The floral tones of meadowsweet, elderflower, and elderberries merge with the foreign scents of lemon verbena and geranium. These complement the piquant juniper, harmonizing the flavors to perfection, ensuring a rich, yet mellow and distinguished palate.
