Slyrs Bavarian Whisky — Bavarian single malt with character

Distilled on the shores of the Schliersee in southern Bavaria, Slyrs uses locally grown grains and mineral‑rich alpine spring water. Long fermentation and slow distillation create a clear, balanced malt that gains opulent dried‑fruit complexity from a PX sherry cask finish. Cooperage is supplied by World Cooperage using premium American white oak.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Deep amber with ruby highlights.
Nose: Concentrated dried fruits — figs, raisins, plums — with dark chocolate, candied orange peel and gentle vanilla.
Palate: Full and rounded; molasses, toffee, baked plum, warm baking spices and subtle leather.
Finish: Long and warming; lingering raisin and dark fruit sweetness with dry, spicy oak and a touch of cocoa and orange zest.
