Tasting Notes – Black Beak Rhubarb and Ginger Gin:
- Nose: Bold and fresh, the aroma opens with the tangy sweetness of freshly picked rhubarb, soon followed by the spicy warmth of ginger. Hints of juniper and zesty citrus peel emerge, enriching the bouquet with bright botanical depth.
- Palate: Smooth and expressive, the first sip reveals a delightful tartness from rhubarb, balanced by the comforting spice of ginger. Mid-palate brings forward a structured layer of juniper, coriander, and angelica root, offering herbaceous complexity and texture.
- Finish: Long and warming, the ginger lingers gently with a sweet heat, complemented by subtle citrus zest and a whisper of floral botanicals. A harmonious and memorable finish that invites another sip.
