Also known as Wren’s Day, Lá an Dreoilín is a day of music, costumes and street parades. Dingle mis Lá an Dreoilín Single Pot Still is dedicated to this thriving tradition of revelry and good-humouredchief which is celebrated on December 26th. Matured in former Bourbon casks with a long Muscatel cask finish, Dingle Lá an Dreoilín Single Pot Still brings aromas of sugared almonds and black cherries with dark chocolate and caramelised bananas. Hints of toasted cinnamon, honey and ginger on the palate give way to spiced almonds. A luxurious mouthfeel of creamy, warm spice and dried fruits come to the fore.
