This special edition whiskey is finished in Baltic Porter casks from Manor Hill, which imparts rich and complex flavors to the whiskey. The collaboration brings together two family farms separated by 3,000 miles, highlighting their shared commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Production:

The whiskey is initially matured in ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in Baltic Porter casks from Manor Hill Brewing. This process adds layers of flavor, creating a smooth and well-rounded whiskey. The Baltic Porter used in the casks is a strong porter with an alcohol content of around 8% or higher, made with specialty roasted malts like Munich, crystal, and chocolate malt.
