Dingle Distillery and Whisky Center are delighted to present the second-last edition in the Celtic Wheel of the Year series – Dingle Cónocht an Fomhair Single Malt Whiskey, finished in Rum casks. Cónocht an Fómhair falls between the harvest festival of Lúnasa and the otherworldly festival of Samhain. As an equinox, it brings a natural balance to the land before descending into the depths of winter. Farmers recognise this as a time to prepare for shorter, cooler days ahead. In Dingle, the hedgerows begin to blaze with autumn colour and are laden with blackberries, rose hips and hawthorn berries. Ripe for picking.

Description
Dingle Cónocht an Fomhair Single Malt Whiskey, finished in Rum casks tasting notes:
- Nose: Fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted in brown sugar, toffee apple, icing sugar.
- Palate: Tropical fruits, sweet raisins, honey, coconut and hazelnuts.
- Finish: A nice clean finish with spiced fruits and warm caramel notes.
