A 25ml sample of the eagerly awaited fifth and final installment of the small-batch, single pot still whiskey series from Dingle Distillery is available. This whiskey, having matured entirely in bourbon casks, boasts a rich and smooth profile. It presents notes of dried raspberries and butter mints, succeeded by white chocolate accented with flaked almonds. The chocolate transitions to the signature Dingle spice, characterized by subtle wood and leather notes, culminating in a prolonged, distinguished finish.
