We are delighted to present the next edition in the Celtic Wheel of the Year series – Cónocht an Earraigh. This release pays homage to the ancient celebration of the spring equinox, when night and day align, and the energy of the earth comes into balance. This is a time of vitality and growth, when young livestock are developing and the fields that were recently fallow begin to flourish into rich pastures. At this time of year, Dingle’s rolling landscape springs into life as the farmland of the peninsula fills with a variety of crops and livestock, with hopes for a long and warm summer ahead.

Sixth in the new series of limited-edition whiskeys distilled, matured, and bottled at Dingle Distillery, this release has been matured in first filled bourbon casks before a long finish in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. This is the smallest of all the releases in this series, at only 5,500 bottles available worldwide.
