Dingle Single Cask PX 10 Year Old is a Single Cask Release, matured in a Pedro Ximénez Cask (57.5% ABV), specially selected by Head of Maturation, Paddy Foley and exclusively bottled by Dingle Distillery.
As no two casks are the same, every Single Cask Whiskey from Dingle Distillery is a unique and singular expression which can never be replicated. The original role of this cask in the maturation of Pedro Ximénez is reflected in the colour, aroma, character and above all, taste of this Irish Single Malt Whiskey.
