Grace O’Malley CAPTAIN’S RANGE 19 YO IRISH SINGLE MALT – Bourbon Cask with premium wooden gift box, has been matured exclusively in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 19 years, creating deep, complex layers that reveal summer fruits with layers of cinnamon.

The casks have been hand selected by Grace O’Malley Master Blender, Paul Caris during his visits to the US. This rare single malt is one of the last of its generation coming from the world renowned Cooley Penisula.

Each bottle has been individually numbered and signed by our Founder Stephen Cope and is presented in a wooden collector’s box.

PALATE: Sweet notes developing to apricot and apple with a layer of cinnamon.
FINISH: Fairly long with popcorn notes and lingering juicy fruits.
