Grace O’Malley Rum Cask is crafted from a distinctive blend of malt and grain whiskeys. This blend merges multiple batches of whiskey with age statements up to ten years, achieving the ideal balance of fruitiness, maturity, complexity, and smoothness. It stands out in Ireland for its high proportion of double-distilled (40%) and triple-distilled (6%) malt. The whiskey is matured in wet casks from Jamaican and Barbados rums, enhancing it with a rich spiciness.

The Grace O’Malley brand honors the legendary Irish pirate queen, Grainne Ní Mháille, also known as Grace O’Malley or Granuaile.
