The year 2020 was a significant milestone for Blacks Brewery & Distillery as they moved whiskey production in-house. Now, the processes of milling, mashing, fermentation, and distilling all occur at their Kinsale distillery. Until their whiskey matures, they will continue to source aged spirits and release new whiskeys to their customers, all with the distinctive Blacks finish.
We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to share in their distilling passion, and we eagerly entered their doors to embark on this journey alongside them and other whiskey aficionados, such as through the Blacks Whiskey Founders Club.
