Green Tree Distillery

Green Tree Distillery traces its roots to 1518 in Prostějov, Czech Republic—the oldest continuously operating distillery in Europe. Today still family-run by the Hagan family, it stands as the largest family-owned spirits producer in the country, blending five centuries of tradition with modern distillation to create more than a hundred unique expressions.

From historic cellars beneath Prostějov, every step—from grain selection through fermentation, distillation, and bottling—is overseen onsite to ensure pure, authentic character in each bottle. Signature releases such as Old Hunter’s Rye Whiskey, Hanácká vodka, Heffron rum, and B42V Eccentric Vodka have won international acclaim and are enjoyed in over twenty countries across five continents.
