Belgian Owl Tasting Notes
Nose: This unaged distillate takes you to the heart of the grain. Subtle aromas of malt, baked bread, and shortbread will astonish you. As this New Make Spirit unfolds, you will discover fruity, fresh hints of ripe pears, greengages, and cider, which then melt away to an echo of freshly cut grass.
Palate: The initial sensation on the palate is sweet, characterized by the beautiful oily nature of the distillate. Gradually, fruity notes from the orchard rise to the forefront.
