This Single Cask Release, matured in an Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask, specially selected by Dingle Master Distiller, Graham Coull has been exclusively bottled. As no two casks are the same, every Single Cask Whiskey from Dingle Distillery is a unique and singular expression which can never be replicated. The original role of this cask in the maturation of Pedro Ximénez is reflected in the colour, aroma, character and above all, taste of this Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
Since this release just crossed the ocean, it is available to order. We offer limited supply online and advise you to buy this bottling at our stores, for example in Delft, Rotterdam, Dordrecht, Ridderkerk, Nijmegen, Groningen Vaassen, Lelystad, Swifterbant, Utrecht, Bathmen, IJmuiden, Oirschot, Breda and Vlagtwedde.

Dingle Single Malt Single Cask Release The Netherlands Tasting notes
Nose: On the nose you’ll find notes of of ripe banana, molten brown sugar, warm fruit loaf and polished leather.
Taste: This Single Cask Release delights the tastebuds with barley sugar, rich blackberry jam, juicy dates and toasted almonds.
Finish: On finishing, the texture is soft and syrupy. Dark fruits and hints of dark chocolate develop.

A delicious sherry whisky that really grabbed me.
On the nose notes of caramel, red fruit, raisins. A whisky that you can just smell for a long time without drinking.
Taste very recognizable PX, warm mouthfeel with sweet notes of dried red fruit, caramel and nuts.
Finish long, rich and soft with notes of chocolate, syrupy.
I got to taste this whisky 2x and 2x it blew me away. This is whisky that I love, as a PX enthusiast this one is more than welcome in the collection.
