This edition commemorates the ancient Celtic festival of Lúnasa, signaling the start of the harvest season. Lúnasa pays tribute to the mother of Lugh, an Irish deity, who legend says perished from exhaustion while readying the fields of Ireland for agriculture.
As the fourth installment in the Celtic Wheel of the Year series, this limited-edition whiskey is distilled, aged, and bottled at Dingle Distillery. It has been matured in first-fill bourbon barrels followed by an extensive finishing period in mature Widow Jane bourbon barrels, marking Dingle’s fourth release featuring a cask finish.

Dingle Distillery Lúnasa Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet aromas of ripe red berries, warm salted caramel, lemon sherbet, and creamy butter fudge.
Palate: Barley sugar with a hint of spice and dark chocolate with raspberries.
Finish: A warm glow of ginger and spice, leaving lingering notes of dark fruits and caramel.
Aging & Finish: Matured in first-fill bourbon casks, finished in mature Widow Jane bourbon casks.
