Dingle Fourth Single Pot Still Tasting Notes from Whiskey Center


Nose	Intensely rich and inviting. A veritable feast of desserts – sticky toffee pudding, Black Forest gateau and butterscotch ice cream.
Palate	Initially sweet with a burst of spice. Dark fruits, figs and raisins come to the fore followed by dark chocolate and a sprinkling of chopped nuts.
Finish	The dark chocolate dissipates and the spice returns. Soft wood and leather notes combine to deliver a long, memorable finish.
