Dingle Samhain: The Celtic Wheel of the Year is segmented into eight parts, and similarly, the new Wheel of The Year series will launch eight editions, aligning with the seasons, equinoxes, and solstices. Dingle Distillery meticulously selects premium malt and barley for its whiskey, recognizing the importance of a plentiful harvest.
This limited edition celebrates the Celtic festival of Samhain, a time of fire and feasting that signifies the end of the bright summer days and the start of the Celtic new year. The Samhain Single Malt draws inspiration from the essence of Samhain and its historical significance.
The Dingle Samhain Single Malt Whiskey has been aged in first fill bourbon barrels and then finished for two years in first fill Muscatel barrels, resulting in a 50.5% ABV spirit. A total of 10,000 bottles are anticipated for release.
