Grace O’Malley® Single Cask 18 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey – Port Cask presented in a wooden collector’s box, is aged for at least 18 years in American oak barrels before being transferred into Ruby Port casks from and refined for a period of eight months.
The cask has been personally selected by Grace O’Malley Master Blender, Paul Caris during his visits an incredible winery in the Alto Douro region which is famous for the quality of its port wines. Alto Douro is one of Portugal’s most well known wine-making regions.
vineyards and access to the Each bottle has been individually numbered and signed by our Founder Stephen Cope and is presented in a wooden collector’s box.

Grace O’Malley:
NOSE: Yellow flowers and dark juicy aromas. The nose is dominated by orange blossom, rich malt, blackcurrant, oak and nuts.
PALATE: Showing great depth of fruity richness, the cask contributes a Port sweetness.
FINISH: Very long finish married with pleasant ageing notes.
