Tasting Notes: Hyde No. 9 Iberian Cask

Nose: Dried dark fruits—prune, raisin—meld with cinnamon, nutmeg and blackberry accents.
Palate: Bright red berries (raspberry, currant) balanced by green apple, honey and gentle spice—black pepper and hazelnut nuances.
Finish: Medium-long, with malty undertones, lingering sultanas, vanilla sweetness and a warm port-influenced spice.
